This Billing and Refund Policy explains how payments work on tap2help.com, including the annual registration, plan pricing, renewals, and our refund terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Every membership includes a $25 annual registration. This registration:
Members choose one of the following plans at signup. The $25 annual registration is already included in every Annual Bundle price below.
All Annual Bundle plans include full story maintenance for the plan year. The Monthly Maintenance plan keeps your story active on a month-to-month basis.
Annual Plans: You are billed once upfront for the full year. Your plan renews automatically on the anniversary of your signup date. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal charge.
Monthly Plans: You are billed on the same date each month. Your subscription continues until you cancel.
Annual Renewal Fee: At the time of annual renewal, an annual membership renewal fee applies. Details on the renewal fee amount will be communicated to you in your renewal reminder email prior to each anniversary charge.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. tap2help.com does not store your full card number on our servers. You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful charge.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. For monthly subscribers, failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in your story being temporarily deactivated until payment is resolved. For annual plan renewals, you will have 7 days to update your payment method before your plan lapses.
We want you to be satisfied with your membership. Our refund terms are as follows:
To request a refund, contact us at info@tap2help.com within the eligible period with your name and transaction details.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting info@tap2help.com.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already charged.
tap2help.com reserves the right to change plan prices or fee amounts. We will notify active members by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your existing plan rate is honored through the end of your current billing period.
