Billing & Refund Policy

Overview

This Billing and Refund Policy explains how payments work on tap2help.com, including the annual registration, plan pricing, renewals, and our refund terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

$25 Annual Registration

Every membership includes a $25 annual registration. This registration:

  • Is required for every member, on every plan
  • Renews each year on the anniversary of your signup

Plan Pricing

Members choose one of the following plans at signup. The $25 annual registration is already included in every Annual Bundle price below.

  • Annual Bundle — 1 Story: $99 per year
  • Annual Bundle — 2 Stories: $175 per year
  • Annual Bundle — 3 Stories: $250 per year
  • Annual Bundle — 5 Stories: $400 per year
  • Monthly Maintenance: $25 per year registration + $10 per month maintenance

All Annual Bundle plans include full story maintenance for the plan year. The Monthly Maintenance plan keeps your story active on a month-to-month basis.

Billing Cycle and Renewal

Annual Plans: You are billed once upfront for the full year. Your plan renews automatically on the anniversary of your signup date. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal charge.

Monthly Plans: You are billed on the same date each month. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Annual Renewal Fee: At the time of annual renewal, an annual membership renewal fee applies. Details on the renewal fee amount will be communicated to you in your renewal reminder email prior to each anniversary charge.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. tap2help.com does not store your full card number on our servers. You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful charge.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. For monthly subscribers, failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in your story being temporarily deactivated until payment is resolved. For annual plan renewals, you will have 7 days to update your payment method before your plan lapses.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your membership. Our refund terms are as follows:

  • Annual Registration ($25): Non-refundable once your account has been created.
  • Annual Bundle Plans: Eligible for a full plan refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no story has been published on your account. Once a story goes live, no refund will be issued for that plan period.
  • Monthly Maintenance Plan: No refunds are issued for the current billing month. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund, contact us at info@tap2help.com within the eligible period with your name and transaction details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting info@tap2help.com.

  • Annual Plans: Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year. Upon cancellation, your account and stories remain active through the end of your paid plan period.
  • Monthly Plans: Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing month. Stories will become inactive after that date.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already charged.

Changes to Pricing

tap2help.com reserves the right to change plan prices or fee amounts. We will notify active members by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your existing plan rate is honored through the end of your current billing period.
