As a member, you may post stories requesting assistance, services, or donations within the limits of your plan. All stories are reviewed by our team before going live. You agree that your stories will:
tap2help reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any story that violates these guidelines or that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate for the platform.
tap2help.com is a platform that connects members with potential donors and service providers. We do not guarantee that any member will receive donations, assistance, or services. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any third-party offers of help. All transactions and engagements between members and those who respond to their stories are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
tap2help is not a licensed legal, financial, medical, or social services provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice in any of these fields.
By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to the pricing described on our Membership and Pricing page. A $25 activation fee is charged at signup for every new member. Plan fees are charged as described (annually or monthly depending on your selection). See our Billing and Refund Policy for full details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tap2help and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, failure to receive assistance, or unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active members by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
